Soll is located at the core of Austria’s biggest lift-linked area, The SkiWelt, which has access to 290km of downhill skiing, 186 individual pistes, and 90 ski lifts. This Austrian resort is tied to the Kitzbuheler Alpen ski pass, comprising five ski areas offering access to 260 ski lifts.

Beginners have a wonderful time here, and the cheapest local pass, introduced in the 2000s, is the best option for them. It comprises more than 30km of gentle trails and is located on Hohe Salve mountain above Soll. Suppose you’re more of an intermediate or advanced skier. In that case, the first lift of the day—usually an 8–seat gondola—takes you up to Hochsoll, where runs spread in every direction, interconnecting with other resorts.

The Hochsoll area is ideal for the most experienced intermediate skiers, although it still has a plateau suitable for beginners. An FIS-approved 7 km black run is available for experts. If that doesn’t suffice, nearby resorts have incredibly tough trails for the most adept skiers.
